South Australia's Premier (Neville Wrann) has just announced plans for an annual guitar festival to be held in Adelaide. The first festival will happen next year. Early days but any developments will be posted. Would be good to see some of Australias luthiers get inolved in such an event. |

Um, Nifty Nev is now premier of South Oz? When did that unfortunate event occur? Can't be the same guy, can it? Say it ain't so! Please! For you non-Aussies; Neville Wran was premier (kinda like govenor) of New South Wales (my state) back in the '80's. It wasn't pretty... Martin you are joking aren't you? |

Ok, so I broke forum rules by bringing up politics, sorry. My only defense is that, unlike other countries, we don't take our politicians seriously enough to argue about them. But they are sometimes good for a laugh. |
